Vittoria e podio per Cram Motorsport nel primo round della F4 UAE
Il primo round del 2021 F4 UAE Championship ha sorriso al team Cram Motorsport, che ha visto tra i protagonisti assoluti il figlio d’arte Enzo Trulli.
Il team di Erba, presentatosi in questa edizione del campionato con i due esordienti, Trulli e Scionti, ha ben figurato nel round inaugurale del campionato, conquistando una vittoria ed un secondo posto.
Enzo Trulli ha iniziato il weekend con il piede giusto, conquistando la 5a posizione in Q1 e la 3a nel Q2. Con una buona partenza in Gara 1, l’italiano ha da subito attaccato le posizioni di vertice, prendendosi la leadership. L’ingresso della safety car ha poi congelato le posizioni fino alla fine della gara, consegnando di fatto la vittoria a Trulli. In Gara 2 e Gara 3, Enzo ha concluso rispettivamente in 6a e 8a piazza, mentre in Gara 4, grazie ad un’ottimo passo, ha terminato in 2a posizione dopo aver guidato a lungo la gara.
Enzo Scionti ha concluso questo primo round del 2021 F4 UAE Championship tra alti e bassi. Nonostante un buon potenziale, le qualifiche non hanno sorriso al pilota statunitense, che ha ottenuto in entrambe le sessioni la 13a posizione. In Gara 1 e Gara 2, un buon passo gli ha permesso di recuperare diverse posizioni, concludendo rispettivamente in 11a e 10a. Gara 3 sfortunata per lui, dove purtroppo è stato costretto al ritiro. Gara 4 ha visto Scionti terminare in 11a posizione, a ridosso della top 10.
Gabriele Rosei, Team Manager: “E’ stato un weekend positivo per noi. Sono molto soddisfatto dal lavoro che i piloti hanno svolto durante tutto l’evento, il che mi fa ben sperare per i prossimi appuntamenti. Iniziare la stagione con una vittoria ed un secondo posto è una buona base da cui partire.”
Il secondo round del 2021 F4 UAE Championship si disputerà dal 21 al 23 Gennaio, sul circuito di Yas Marina di Abu Dhabi.

Cram Motorsport secured a victory and a 2nd place in the first round of the F4 UAE
The first round of the 2021 F4 UAE Championship has been successful for Cram Motorsport, with Enzo Trulli as one of the protagonists.
The team from Erba lines up two rookies, Trulli and Scionti, who performed well in the opening round of the championship. The blue boys secured a victory and a second place.
Enzo Trulli started the weekend on the proper way, getting the 5th position in Q1 and the 3rd in Q2. With a good start in Race 1, the Italian driver has immediately attacked the top positions, taking the leadership. Trulli crossed the finish line as first after a long caution. Race 2 and Race 3 were slightly harder for him, where he finished respectively in 6th and 8th place, while in Race 4, thanks to an excellent pace, he finished in 2nd position.
Enzo Scionti concluded this first round of the 2021 F4 UAE Championship with some ups and downs. Despite a good potential, qualifying didn’t smile to the American driver, who got in both sessions the 13th position. In Race 1 and Race 2, a good pace allowed him to recover several positions, finishing in 11th and 10th respectively. Race 3 was unlucky for him, where he was unfortunately forced to retire. Race 4 saw Scionti finish in 11th position, close to the top 10.

Round two of the 2021 F4 UAE Championship will take place between 21-23 January, at the Yas Marina circuit in Abu Dhabi.
